This policy applies to the data processed when you subscribe to the Own Studio mailing list.

Data and purposes
We record your email address, subscription date, form source and consent version to manage your subscription and send you important Own Studio announcements. Your IP address may be processed temporarily to prevent abuse, but it is not added to the subscriber list.
Legal bases
News updates are sent on the basis of your consent. Protecting the form against abuse is based on our legitimate interest in securing the website.
Recipients and transfers
The data is accessible only to Tom Suleau and, where necessary, to technical providers responsible for hosting or sending emails. It is not sold. No transfer outside the European Economic Area is currently planned.
Retention
Subscription data is retained until you withdraw your consent or the mailing list is discontinued, then deleted within a maximum of 30 days. Technical security data is kept only for as long as needed to prevent abuse.
Optional provision
Providing your email address is optional and is not a condition of any contract. Without your address and consent, we cannot add you to the mailing list.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time. Email tom@ownstudio.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
